If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. 1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

  • Timeframe: You may request a return or exchange within 7 days from the date you receive your product.
  • Condition of Items: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition in which you received them, with all original tags and packaging.

2. Free Returns and Exchanges

We offer free returns and exchanges for all customers. There will be no additional costs for shipping or processing returns and exchanges.

3. How to Request a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  • Contact Us: Send an email to sac@theallenboxers.com within 7 days of receiving your product. Please include your order number and a brief explanation of why you wish to return or exchange the item.
  • Return Shipping: We will provide you with a pre-paid shipping label to return the item. Simply print the label, attach it to the package, and drop it off at the designated shipping location.

4. Refund Process

  • Refunds: Once we receive the returned item and confirm that it is in its original condition, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Exchanges: If you request an exchange, we will process and ship the new item once we have received the original product. We will notify you via email when the exchange has been processed.

5. Non-Refundable Items

For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Underwear and socks that have been opened or tried on.

6. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at sac@theallenboxers.com. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
